  • Contract Data: Information on ordered products/services, billing data, payment information

6. Retention Period

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes or as long as legal retention periods exist. Contact inquiries are deleted after complete processing, unless a business relationship is established. Contract-related data is stored in accordance with commercial and tax retention periods (usually 10 years). Technical access data (log files) are automatically deleted after 90 days.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties and Service Providers

We only pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary for contract fulfillment, you have consented or we are legally obliged to do so. We use the following service providers:

  • Hosting: Our website and services are operated on Swiss, EU or globally distributed cloud/edge infrastructure depending on the project. Providers process data only under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.
  • Analytics Tools: We do not use third-party tracking or analytics tools that collect personal data.
  • Email Communication: For email communication, we use secure Swiss or EU-based email servers.

  • Right of Access: You can request information about your personal data stored by us at any time.
  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to have incorrect data corrected.
  • Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your data, provided there are no legal retention obligations.

  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your data in a structured, common format.
  • Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your data for reasons arising from your particular situation.

9. Data Security

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. These include: SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, firewall systems, regular security updates, access restrictions and secure passwords. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
